Cancellation Policy

When you make an appointment with us for a massage, we reserve that time especially for you. Since that time is held for you, we respectfully ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. This courtesy enables us to compensate our therapists for their time, and maintains a higher availability of our time for you as well as our other guests. The full service cost will be charged to the payment method on file, or against any accrued member visits for any late cancellations or no-show appointments.  A credit card may be required to book future appointments if we do not already have payment information on file.

Arrival Time

Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. This will allow you time to complete any necessary paperwork, and relax for a few minutes before your session. We always have a selection of, hot teas, cookies, and filtered water for your enjoyment while you wait. To provide an enjoyable experience for our other guests, we cannot guarantee the full time for late arrivals that may interfere with the amount of time available for the next guest.

Phones

As a courtesy to our other guests, we ask that you refrain from the use of cellular phones while in the spa.

Children

To ensure the safety of your children, and the comfort and relaxation of our guests, we ask that you refrain from leaving children unattended in the spa during your service.
